Chinese Association of Wide Bandgap Power Semiconductor Industry is an organization under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). The association is made up of enterprises and educational institutions that are registered within the mainland China, and engaged in the wide bandgap semiconductor research and development, production and application and aims to develop inter-member cooperation, influence govt. policy directions, mine market research and be the central point of contact for other important services of mutual interest.

The GaN MOCVD system has arrived! Thanks to the hard work of our partners from Aixtron, the GaN CCS 6x2 system was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule.
