CorEnergy receives it's first GaN MOCVD system

The GaN MOCVD system has arrived! Thanks to the hard work of our partners from Aixtron, the GaN CCS 6x2 system was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule. CorEnergy Director of Facilities Division Tim Zhu says "The MOCVD equipment manufacturers are really busy nowadays with the high demand for the machines all over the world. We congratulate and thank Aixtron for such a speedy delivery of our machine. We hope to make good use of the tool and make many exciting new products using it."
